Adhering to the momentum of "coal to electricity", clean energy heating represented by air-energy heat pumps has begun to spread among towns and cities in the north. The heat of air-energy heat pumps comes from the air. If the ambient temperature is higher, the heating efficiency of the heat pump will be higher. In some areas, ultra-low temperature climates often occur in winter, and the air temperature is as low as minus 10℃. At this time, most air-energy heat pumps are "willing but unable to do so". Is an air-energy heat pump not suitable for ultra-low temperature areas?
In fact, many people have raised such concerns a few years ago. With the development of air-energy heat pump technology, some heat pump companies have developed ultra-low temperature heat pump units, the most typical of which is Newente's ultra-low temperature air-energy heat pump. The ultra-low temperature air energy heat pump adopts the industry's jet enthalpy technology and has made improvements on the structure of the heat pump. A steam-generating device is added to the inside of the air energy heat pump, and a special compressor for jet enthalpy is selected. When heating under low-temperature conditions, steam is generated inside the heat pump and passed into the compressor through the newly added air inlet, which increases the exhaust pressure of the compressor and increases the amount of refrigerant from the compressor to the condenser, thereby achieving the purpose of improving heating efficiency.
Such products have also played a huge role in reality. For example, the coal mine gas station project requires a heating and hot water supply. Given that the gas station has a large amount of gasoline if a coal boiler is used for heating, the presence of open flames may cause related combustion accidents, and the safety is insufficient, so the project excludes coal boiler heating in the design. Electric heaters consume a lot of electricity for heating, and can only provide heating, not hot water, and are not practical enough. Therefore, after layers of consideration and screening, the project finally adopted an ultra-low temperature air energy heat pump.
Air energy heat pump uses clean energy air energy to produce hot water, without coal consumption, open flames, exhaust gas, and low power consumption. It is superior to other heating methods in terms of environmental protection and safety. It can deliver heating and cups of hot water to gas station employees in a timely manner in the cold suburbs.
