A cooling water tower is a device that cools water, in which water undergoes mass and heat exchange with the flowing air, resulting in a decrease in water temperature; It is widely used in industrial circulating water systems and air conditioning circulating water systems. Next, let's comprehensively analyze the specific operation steps of the cooling water tower of the freezer.
The working process of the cooling water tower for industrial refrigerators is as follows:
1. The hot water autonomous machine room uses a water pump to circulate water pressure through pipelines, horizontal throats, curved throats, and central throats to the water broadcasting system of the cooling tower under a certain pressure;
2. Purification workbench, evenly sprinkle water on the filling material through the small holes on the water pipe;
3. Dry, low humidity air enters the tower from the bottom under the action of the fan, and hot water forms an air water film for heat exchange when flowing through the surface of the packing. High humidity and high humidity hot air is extracted from the top, and cooling water drips into the bottom basin and flows into the main unit through the outlet pipe.
4. When the fan is running, under the static pressure inside the tower, water molecules continuously evaporate into the air, becoming water vapor molecules. The average kinetic energy of the remaining water molecules will decrease, resulting in a decrease in the temperature of the circulating water;
5. Evaporative cooling is not related to the temperature of the air being lower or higher than the water temperature. As long as water molecules can continuously evaporate into the air, the water temperature will decrease. When the air in contact with water is unsaturated, water molecules continuously evaporate into the air. However, when the air on the water air contact surface reaches saturation, water molecules do not evaporate and are in a dynamic equilibrium state;
6. The number of water molecules evaporated is equal to the number of water molecules returned from the air to the water, while the water temperature remains constant. From this, it can be seen that the drier the air in contact with water, the easier it is for the low-temperature constant temperature bath to evaporate, and the easier it is for the water temperature to decrease.
