Pay attention to these four points when using air energy heat pumps for heating

In recent years, with the continuous advancement of the "coal to electricity" project, the requirements for energy saving, environmental protection, safety and other aspects of the heating industry have been improved, and air energy heat pumps as a new type of environmentally friendly and energy-saving equipment have also been rapidly developed. As a heating equipment, air energy heat pumps are deeply concerned and trusted by users due to their advantages of zero pollution, low cost of use, flexible control and convenient installation. The technology of air energy heat pumps is very complete and has a history of application for many years. However, many users do not know much about new equipment such as air energy heat pumps, and need to pay more attention to selection and use. When using air energy heat pumps for heating, pay attention to these four points!
1. The selection of air energy heat pumps should be meticulous
The air energy heat pump is developed from the central air conditioning of the water system. After connecting to the heating system, an integrated system of central air conditioning and floor heating functions is realized. The air conditioning function of the air energy heat pump is easy to understand, and it is not much different from ordinary central air conditioning, but it is more comfortable. Any type of air energy heat pump can realize the function of central air conditioning. However, during winter heating, due to the vast territory of my country, the ambient temperature in the north is much lower than that in the south, and air energy heat pumps can be divided into low temperature resistance. Generally speaking, air energy heat pumps are available in normal temperature, low temperature and low temperature types. Normal temperature types are generally used in warm southern regions, while low temperature and low temperature types are used in cold northern regions. Therefore, when choosing an air energy heat pump host, pay attention to the use environment. After all, the air energy heat pump used in cold areas includes full frequency conversion technology and jet enthalpy technology, which can achieve a normal heating environment of minus 25°C, and can maintain an energy efficiency ratio of more than 2.0 at minus 12°C.
2. Easy power failure when used in low temperature environments
There are two heat transfer media in the air energy heat pump system, namely refrigerant (Freon or carbon dioxide) and water. The refrigerant mainly circulates in the heat pump host, and the water circulates in the indoor floor heating pipes. It is precisely because the heat generated by the air energy heat pump unit is transferred through water as a medium. In a low temperature environment, if the air energy heat pump host suddenly loses power and the power supply is not restored for a long time, the water in the pipe is easy to freeze due to the low ambient temperature. In severe cases, the pipe will expand and crack, causing the internal water channel of the heat pump host to rupture. If no one is at home for a long time, the water in the system pipes can be drained, which can reduce the risk of pipe freezing and cracking; if no one is at home for a short time, the heat pump host needs to be powered on to facilitate self-starting heating in a low-temperature environment. Of course, if the air-energy heat pump is used in the south, where the temperature is higher in winter, the power supply of the heat pump host can be cut off. After all, there will be no water freezing, but descaling agents and antifreeze must be added to the system to prevent damage to the pipes.
3. Do not tamper with the operation panel
There are many buttons on the operation panel of the air-energy heat pump host, including adjusting the water temperature, regular and setting other parameters. When the staff adjusts the parameters, do not press the buttons on the operation panel at will, so as not to affect the operation of the heat pump host after pressing the wrong button. Of course, the current air-energy heat pump has added an intelligent system, and it can also implement "fool-style" operation. Through the explanation of the staff, you only need to remember the buttons that the customer needs to adjust. When the indoor temperature is not high enough, the outlet water temperature can be slightly increased; when the indoor temperature is high, the outlet water temperature can be slightly lowered. For example, in winter, when the sun is shining for several consecutive days and the ambient temperature is high, customers can set the outlet water temperature to 35℃ on the operation panel. At night, when the ambient temperature is relatively low, customers can set the outlet water temperature to around 40℃ on the operation panel.
Users do not have to operate the temperature control of the air energy heat pump on the operation panel. They can also operate on the operation panel through the connected intelligent system. The APP terminal can remotely start and shut down the air energy heat pump system anytime and anywhere, and the water supply temperature can also control the indoor temperature, and can also independently control the room, ultimately providing users with simple and convenient operation.
4. No debris can be piled up around the main unit of the air energy heat pump
The energy saving of the air energy heat pump comes from the application of jet enthalpy technology, which uses low power to obtain heat energy in the air and then effectively converts it into the heat required indoors. During operation, the air energy heat pump absorbs heat from the air. After the evaporator is gasified, it is compressed into high-pressure gas by the compressor, and then enters the cooler for liquefaction, and the absorbed heat is transferred to the circulating heating water to achieve the purpose of indoor heating.
If there is debris around the air-to-air heat pump host, and the distance is close, or plants grow around the heat pump host, the air around the heat pump host will not circulate or flow slowly, thus affecting the heat exchange effect of the heat pump host. When installing the heat pump host, at least 80 cm of space should be reserved around the host. There should be no shielding within 2 meters opposite the fan of the side-supply heat pump host, and there should be no shielding within 2 meters above the top-supply heat pump host. Try to keep the ventilation around the heat pump host smooth, to obtain more low-temperature heat energy in the air and convert it efficiently. Because when the heat pump host is working, the fins of the heat pump host can easily absorb dust, lint and other components, and the surrounding dead leaves, solid garbage and other debris can also easily cover the heat exchange fins of the heat pump host. Therefore, after the heat pump has been used for some time, the fins of the heat pump should be cleaned to improve the energy efficiency of the heat pump.
The air-to-air heat pump has high comfort, strong energy saving, high environmental protection, stable performance and long service life. It has a wide range of applications and can be used in multiple ways. After entering the heating market, it has been highly welcomed by users and its share in the heating market is also increasing. Of course, there are certain precautions in the selection and use of air energy heat pumps. Choose the appropriate heat pump host model, operate the heat pump system correctly in a low temperature environment, and follow the instructions or staff guidance when setting and adjusting the control panel. There should be no obstacles around the heat pump host, so that the air energy heat pump is more efficient, more comfortable, and provides customers with more energy-saving services.
