Detailed Explanation Of The Working Principle Of Air Source Heat Pump
Feb 02, 2025
Air source heat pump has been developed for more than 10 years. The annual replacement of air sources has led to the diversification of the functions of heating units. For example, with the development of science and technology, the application of Internet technology, and Internet + technology has also been applied to the air source heat pump industry.
Working principle of air source heat pump
The basic working principle of the air source heat pump unit remains unchanged. It also uses the heat energy in the air as the heat source. The components of the unit are mainly divided into outdoor units and indoor heating terminals. The outdoor unit is divided into an outdoor unit and an insulation water tank. It is the core part of the whole heating equipment. This core part is generally composed of a compressor, evaporator, condenser, and expansion valve. Among them, it is worth mentioning that "refrigerant" is a substance with an extremely low boiling point, which is also the most basic material requirement for heating the whole unit. The working principle of an air source heat pump is to compress the refrigerant through the compressor to absorb the heat source in the outdoor air, and then compress the high-temperature and high-pressure gaseous refrigerant. After passing through the air source heat pump heat exchanger, the process is to convert low-grade heat into high-grade heat, to heat the water source in the insulation water tank to reach the water temperature required for heating. This heating working principle is also called water floor heating.
